Cooling Water

so I'm reviewing the milk makeup cooling water this is 1.2 Oz one of my biggest problems has always been my under eyes like I get puffy ones so it's like like that I prefer to put mine on the on the freezer on the bridge and then you just go like this to be honest it doesn't make that much of a difference but it isn't bad like it gets the job doneit has caffeine on it so it does help a little bit but it is kind of weird like the shape is kind of weird yeah it's a little bit too big and not too manageable but okay not that bad for the prize and all
